It’s the day after Thanksgiving, and the mall is a buzz. Everyone is at the mall going shop-to-shop trying to get the best deals. I was also out shopping with my mom and dad. My older brother had a camp, otherwise we would have brought him along, even though he despises shopping. We had to drop him off at his camp, and his camp was a bit far. My dad dropped him off, and then came home. We left our house at around 11:00. We went to The Home Depot first. We needed a new oven so what a better day to get one then on Black Friday. My parents are going to order it later, but before the deals go away.
After looking at the appliances, we went to the mall. We went to Oakridge Mall because it’s the closest to our house. When we got there, we went to the shops that had my clothes and the that I needed. I said that Justice had the stuff I needed, so we went there. I found exactly what I wanted. I got a zip-up hoodie, ugg boots, and a cute jacket style sweater that you can wear on top of anything. It’s hard to describe it, but it’s really pretty.
My mom wanted to check out CRAZY 8 for my brother. See if there’s anything good. We found some nice T-shirts for him and me too! We got three T-shirts for my brother, and three T-shirts for me. I also got two stockings and another hoodie. After mine and my brother’s shopping, we went to Macy’s for my dad.
My dad needed some nice jeans. His other ones were worn out. So he decided to look at those first. He picked one out and then we looked at some shirts for him. We found nice shirts and sweaters for my dad. My mom wanted to look at my brother’s section too. She said to just look at everything. We can always return. So we ended up getting a sweater and a shirt for him as well.
After we payed at Macy’s, (witch by the way was a very long line), it was almost 3:00. At 3:30 we had to pick up my brother. So we quickly rushed over to Cinnabon. We didn’t have lunch, so we ordered that packed it, and hit the road. We ended up getting there at 3:40, but it was okay. We came home and just relaxed. We were all super exhausted. But, it was super fun and AWESOME!
