Guess what, guess what?! I. Get. To. Do a. Presentation. At my school’s. . . . DISTRICT OFFICE!! I will actually get to present with some of my friends! We are doing a presentation on S.T.E.A.M. S.T.E.A.M. stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. I was chosen to present at the board meeting. Along with 4 other friends. We will be presenting in December. We have been preparing for a week now. We had a small meeting with the teacher who does S.T.E.A.M. lessons. She is the one who chose us. She told us what our plan is, and how we’re going to be doing it. She told us to interview students on how much they like S.T.E.A.M., and what they like about it. All of us interviewed a few students at recess together.
The next day we split up. Three of us were from one class, and the other two were from the same class. So it worked out. The three of them interviewed my whole class. And the me and my friend interviewed another fifth grade class. It was so much FUN! I got to ask my grade mates questions and then recorded them saying their answer. We got a lot of answers. This is just the beginning of what our presentation is going to look like.
